International Applicants
- English proficiency: minimum IELTS 6.0 overall (with no single band score below 5.5) or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a senior Secondary School certificate
- Attend an interview in person or over skype.
- Contemporary Music applicants must undertake an audition. Audition videos/online links are accepted for applicants living overseas or interstate.
- Songwriting applicants may undertake an audition OR submit a folio

Progressing to postgraduate studies
All JMC Bachelor Degree graduates are eligible to apply for entry into JMC Academy's Master of Creative Industries, or relevant post-grad qualification at any Australian university.

International Student Support
JMC Academy understands that moving to a new country and adjusting to a new learning style can be difficult. To support international students in their studies, we provide: Peer mentoring program, Foundation course before studies, Pre-arrival orientation app, On-campus orientation, Academic support staff, On-campus counsellor, On-going support from International Services, On-campus English Language support and Off-campus support through a network of English language colleges.

We want every passionate young creative to have their chance to follow their vision. At JMC we offer 8 scholarships - one for each of the bachelor degrees on offer. Scholarships cover one academic year of tuition fees.
Scholarships are open to all Australian citizens or permanent residents who are able to demonstrate passion and aptitude for their chosen field of study and who have completed year 12. Aptitude can be shown via a portfolio or compilation of work that best reflects your experience and interests where relevant. Selection is based on a weighting of academic merit, portfolio quality and interview. Songwriting & Performance students will additionally be required to audition.
Students who maintain the conditions of their scholarship may apply to have their scholarship extended to the full duration of their Bachelor Degree.
Applications for 2019 Scholarships close at 5.00pm e.s.t. on Friday the 16th of December 2018.
Scholarships are only available to Australian citizens and residents.

FEE-HELP
JMC Academy is a registered Higher Education Private Provider. All of our programs are eligible for FEE-HELP. FEE-HELP is a Commonwealth loan given to eligible fee-paying students to help pay for part or all of their tuition fees. Fees and charges
Tuition fees are payable four weeks prior to the commencement of each trimester. Alternatively, students may apply for FEE-HELP.
