AIE Institute is a specialist game development higher education provider that offers a Bachelor of Game Development with three separate majors in game art, game design and game programming. AIE Institute provides students with real avenues to employment and further studies through innovative programs that combine current knowledge and role-based learning within a project-based professional environment.

AIE Institute builds upon the Academy of Interactive Entertainment’s history as Australia’s most awarded 3D animation, game development, film and visual effects educator. Created in 1996 as a vocational non-profit organisation to grow the creative digital sector, the Academy of Interactive Entertainment pioneered the development of specialist game qualifications. Academy graduates can be found working at top studios around the world.
